Legal English - 英語のチューター＆先生
Hello! 😊 ✔️ I am a qualified Native teacher with 7 years experience, I have PGCE in School Teaching & 120 hour TESOL certificate to teach English as a foreign language. I’m qualified to teach the following topics to Adult English students: ✔️ Exam Preparation (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, Eiken, OPIc) ✔️ Everyday English Conversation ✔️ Business English ✔️ Job Interview Preparation ✔️ Moving to the UK for Job or Studying ✔️ Custom Learning Plans If you have any questions, send me a message and I look forward to teaching you soon in a trial lesson! 🌞 I am currently living in Thailand so my timezone is in Bangkok time. I teach every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday ⭐Come and join me on my Facebook page at ' English Teacher Beki' for lots of English tips & tricks My accent is a Southern English accent, very similar to the accent you’ll find in London. 🎼I studied in the British Music Conservatoire RNCM for 4 years before studying further to become a fully qualified School Teacher. In my spare time, I volunteer as a leader for Girl Guiding UK and I’ve listed my interests below. 🎹Interests: Travelling, French Horn, Piano, Girl Guiding, Crafts, Cats, Baking and Marvel Films. I enjoy making videos about my travels on my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/bekitravels 📯I also love making videos teaching people how to play brass instruments! 📯 https://www.youtube.com/c/TheBrassTeacher If you're confused about what a trial lesson is, these points will help you: ►THE TRIAL LESSON IS: - A 30 minute introduction class. - An opportunity for you to see how lessons with me work. - Time for you to ask me any questions. - A way for us to create a unique learning plan for you - A way to test your internet connection and check its strong enough for video & audio calls - A way to get to know each other better, learn about our hobbies etc ►A TRIAL LESSON IS NOT: - A free way for you to get your CV or written work corrected. - A lesson which is concentrated on your areas for improvement - A cheap way to get a 30-minute conversation class with the active intention of not continuing. If you have a trial lesson and you decide that I’m not the teacher for you, then of course that’s fine! 😊 Teacher Beki : ) ⏰Lesson Policy:⏰ Please read before booking lessons. * Lessons cannot be rescheduled 12 hours before starting unless there is an emergency. * This is because my schedule is filled usually a week in advance and sometimes even further in advance. If slots are unscheduled last minute this results in a loss of lesson time and lesson fees. *Other students are also unable to take these lesson times as they have previously been booked advance and therefore unavailable. *If you need to reschedule please do so with as much notice as possible so then we are respecting each other's schedule equally :)
I'm a certified English tutor (TESOL) and a University Teaching Assistant/ PhD Candidate. I have an Engineering and Business background(Petroleum Engineering) with Master's and Bachelor's Degree. I also prepare people for IELTS, TOEFL, CAE and other English Test examinations as well as BUSINESS ENGLISH. To say that I love Teaching will be an understatement. My whole life currently is centered around teaching as I spend the most part of my day teaching university students. My future goal is to work as a University Professor. Teaching a language, unlike teaching technical subjects requires patience, varying techniques and methods that are student-centered and that is one of the reasons I love doing this. It encapsulates the efficient use of the five main senses of human beings and how proper channeling of it can produce a 'wow' effect. I usually take my students through the 4 main skills (speaking, writing, reading, listening). Students will practice pronunciations, intonations , accent reductions and all that there is to English speaking. Improvements of grammar, Use of appropriate vocabulary and active listening skills will all be tackled. To do all of this, I employ the use of relevant teaching methods(role playing, controlled discussions, word drilling, etc), study materials (audios, videos, flashcards, games, etc) and a lot of other procedures..
My name is Kat Rogan. I'm from the United States. And I love languages. I have been a professional language trainer for over 14 years. I have been traveling around the world and meeting people from just about every country I can think of. I started teaching English in China in 2006 and have traveled all over the place since that time. And the biggest thing I can say I have learned about myself is, I really love languages and cultures. I spend a lot of time practicing Chinese; and I totally love it. I also love Spanish. Born and raised in the United States, Spanish is my second language. I studied Spanish in high school and university, but I know I need to improve. Though I can understand most what is being said in Spanish, my speaking does need some practice. That's why I know how important it is to keep practicing my speaking ability. Or I could lose it. Though I am not too bad at speaking languages, I do know the feeling of not being able to speak at the level I would like. So I keep trying to learn new methods and systems of learning. And I really like to learn more about people, and their cultures. This is why I love learning languages. And this is also why I really love my job. Kat Rogan Qualifications & Experience My education encompasses a long career as a news reporter and journalist as a Mass Communication student from the University of Utah. I also have a degree in Business Management from Weber State University. My master's education is in Multi-Media Film, MFA. I specialize in all forms of professional communication in business, interviewing, writing, examinations, basic conversation, and kid's phonics training. And I am TEFL certified to teach children. Having been a language trainer and learner for 14 years, I have taught thousands of students from around the world. In my experience, I have developed dedicated lesson planning systems, specifically designed for the student depending on their needs. Interestingly, I have found many ESL students with difficulties reaching their true potential. I have also found traditional models of learning to be rather rigid and outdated for progressive thought in the high-paced technologically-driven communication world we live in today. These issues are very important when it comes to speaking at high levels or high-pressure situations. My system brings together the best learning programs into one comprehensive lesson planning system and is adjustable to each specific need and goal of the learner. Some of my classes have helped my students to pass entry exams, get great jobs, get into great universities, succeed at all levels of speaking, writing, and communication for professional and interpersonal use all while having fun. My classes are fun, and I really love teaching that's why I still do it after all these years. Education 1. BS Business Management/Finance 2. BS Mass Communication/Journalism 3. Hi Everyone! I've been a teacher for four years and I've taught in China and South Africa. I am TEFL certified and am in the last year of my Bachelors of science degree in Psychology and Geography. I love to travel and have visited many countries in Africa and Asia. I have an uplifting teaching style where I use a combination of teaching methods, worksheets and conversation to keep lessons lively and engaging. I love to teach and really enjoy watching my students improve.
A native British English speaker, I have been passionate about language learning since school. I studied Modern Languages at university in the UK, so understand the challenges of language learning from the student's perspective too. I did Cambridge CELTA teacher training at the end of 2016 (after years of informal teaching) and moved to Colombia to start a new chapter of life in January 2017. I taught at Universidad del Rosario, and also taught a wide variety of private classes with Colombian and international adults and children, in person and online. Now back in the UK, I teach learners of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and contexts. I love the variety of students and the breadth of teaching skills that entails. I have top qualifications and extensive experience, in general, business and academic English, as well as in Cambridge, IELTS and TOEFL international exams. Being a good teacher is all about working with the student to find the personalized way that works most effectively for them to grow in confidence and achieve their goals. It’s about connecting language learning with real life, making sense of English in a particular context and recognizing a student’s personal needs, challenges and learning style. I do currently have capacity for working with new students. If the schedule is not showing your preferred time, please do contact me and I will do my very best to find a space that suits you. Let's do this :-)
